Delhi: India's biggest car manufacturer Maruti Suzuki on Tuesday launched the New Alto with
BSVI compliant engine at a opening price of Rs 2.93 lakh(ex-showroom
Delhi).

The BS-VI compliant engine will mean a
considerable decrement, (nearly 25%) of Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), in vehicular
emission. To attain this stringent emission regulation necessity, the company
has improved engine hardware and software with technological advancement of
exhaust system, Maruti Suzuki said in a release.
Zenith Auto Industries(P) Ltd. working as

The
coming version of Alto has attributes such as Anti-lock Braking System(ABS) and
Electronic Brake Force Distribution System (EBD). It also comes with an
infotainment system Smart Play Dock which has a keyless entry.
Meeting
the End of Life Vehicles (ELV) obligations, the New Alto is over 95 per cent
recoverable and 85 per cent recyclable, the release added.
Other
protective attributes include reverse parking sensor, driver airbag, speed
alert system and seat belt reminder for both driver and co-driver. It also
complies with upcoming crash and pedestrian safety regulation.

strong engine and high fuel efficiency of 22.05 km/l. We are positive that the
