The service centre
of Audi now has extended across 9600 sq. ft., and reached Audi's stiff
standards of technology and workmanship. The workshop is capable to serve 14
cars per day in a single shift on a total of 7 bays.

manufacturer, Audi on Monday has set up a service facility in Vijayawada under its 'Workshop First' strategy before setting
up a showroom in the city.

The new service facility will boost the brand's
responsibility more towards customers in Andhra Pradesh and Southern India, the
company confirmed in a statement.

Head, Audi India said; "The 'Workshop
First' strategy, which has centre of attention on customer's service requires
right from the Day 1 is a decisive approach to our network strategy by
providing our customers easy access to world class service facilities that the
brand Audi stands for globally."
"The Audi Service Vijayawada facility will
further strengthen our responsibility towards providing prominent service to
our customers in this region. Creating additional touchpoints for delivering
service is a direct move and responsibility towards customer centricity as we
go to where the market and where customers require us to be," he added.
