Requirements

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated candidate for the post of MAINTAINENCE TECHNICIAN. Below are the basic requirements and skills needed for this role.

Job Description
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of all production machines.
  • Handle machine breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedule.
  • Monitor and manage wear and tear of machine components.
  • Perform basic electrical work (wiring, switches, motors, panels, etc.).
  • Inspect machines regularly to identify potential issues.
  • Maintain maintenance logs and records.
  • Coordinate with production team to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in installation and setup of new machinery if required.
  • Ensure proper lubrication, alignment, and calibration of machines.
  • Knowledge of Purchase and sourcing of machines components and related parts
  • Knowledge for old machines upgrade ammendment to new version
  • Experience in automotive filter manufacturing or related spare parts industry preferred
  • Stable work history and willingness to grow with the company
Skills Required
  • ITI
  • BASIC COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
  • BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS AND MECHANICAL COMPONENTS
  • ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND TAKE OWNERSHIP
  • KNOWLEDGE OF PURCHASING OF COMPONENTS AND SOURCING OF VENDORS
  • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS AND MOTOR SYSTEMS.
